Sterilize and pasteurize fruits and vegetablesThe preservation of fruits and vegetables should prevent the development of germs and micro-organisms naturally present, within them whilst preserving their flavours, nutritional qualities and vitamins, but also their texture or their crispiness.

Fruits and vegetables are generally packed in glass jars or in cans, but flexible packaging and plastic containers are used more and more.

This type of product usually undergoes a static heat treatment, but in certain cases and according to their packaging, a stirring system enables an optimum penetration of heat within the products.

For this, glass jars have several disadvantages, including sensitivity to both physical and thermal shocks. Contrary to the systems of stirring by shaking, our Rocking System enables to ensure the perfect homogeneity of heat transfer within the foods, by removing any risk of shock between the products. Hence based on the type of fruits and vegetables and also the packaging used, we advise a Steam / Air process or by Air /Water suction.
