Steritech presents the brand new system of
its range which completes the variety of innovating solutions of sterilization
and pasteurization: the C.O.P. (Continuous Overpressure Pasteurizer) or
continuous pasteurizer with counter-pressure.
The first model of C.O.P. has been showed in preview during the last "Anuga FoodTec" (international trade fair for food and drink technology) in Cologne. This innovation obtained a great success toward current customers and professional visitors of the fair.
