Since October 2024, Hugo Jully has joined the Steritech adventure as part of a V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) as Business Developer, to represent Steritech on American soil. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, his mission is to develop our presence in the United States and to contribute our expertise in the design and manufacture of industrial machines for sterilizing and pasteurizing packaged products for the food, petfood and pharmaceutical industries.

Thanks to the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program supported by Business France, Hugo benefits from a key position while being based at the French American Chamber of Commerce Carolinas (FACCC), our strategic anchor in the region.

His objective is clear:
👉 Understand the specifics of the local market
👉 Build strong relationships with industry players
👉 Extend our know-how internationally
👉 Support prospects and customers in their sterilization and pasteurization projects

This project is part of Steritech’s ongoing expansion strategy. Hugo’s mission represents a key stage in our efforts to better understand the expectations of local players, and to be as close as possible to support them.

We’re proud to see Hugo carry our values across the Atlantic, with professionalism, curiosity and ambition. His integration into the FACCC enables him to work in synergy with other French economic players, while keeping an active watch on trends in the American market.

For Hugo JULLY, this mission is also a professional springboard, and he points out that “doing a V.I.E in an SME enabled me to get involved quickly in concrete projects, to act with autonomy and to progress in an empowering environment.”

In a few words, working in an industrial SME as part of a V.I.E is :
✅ Gaining autonomy
✅ Working closer to decision-makers
✅ Taking on responsibilities at the start of your career
✅ Making an impact on a daily basis
✅ Standing out in your career path
