Pilot material

Pilot autoclaves

They are designed to replicate sterilization and pasteurization processes on a small scale. They allow for testing different processes and optimizing parameters before large-scale production. Our pilot autoclaves are ideal for R&D trials and industrial pre-production. You have various options:

For our pilot solutions, we generally offer two types of autoclave:

Autoclave – Diameter 1200mm – 1 basket

It operates in the same way as industrial autoclaves, but with reduced capacity. It must be connected to the same energy sources as industrial autoclaves.

Autoclave Goût’stave – diameter 800mm – 1 basket

The advantage of the Goût’stave autoclave for R&D laboratories is that it operates electrically, without the need for connection to a boiler. This simplifies installation and operation.

We can also offer a tailor-made solution based on your needs.

Continuous pilot systems

To test continuous processes, with or without back pressure, under real conditions but on a reduced scale, we also offer suitable pilot equipment at the Steritech laboratory, for rental or purchase.

For customized projects, we work together to develop pilot equipment for small-scale testing of continuous systems.

We offer autoclave rental for on-site testing, providing you with a practical solution to facilitate your development process. During installation, we provide full support, including equipment commissioning and training your team to use the autoclave independently.

Autoclave rental is also ideal for one-off requirements, enabling you to test processes without any immediate commitment to purchase.

We tailor our rental contracts to your specific requirements, with the option of a permanent purchase if this suits your needs.
