Go\u00fbt\u2019stave<\/strong> was born out of a strong conviction: food processing can be safe, responsible, and meaningful.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Steritech, we have been masters of sterilization and pasteurization<\/strong> processes for over 35 years. This expertise naturally led us to consider how we could respond to major societal challenges, particularly the fight against food waste<\/strong> and the promotion of local production. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, meeting Agn\u00e8s de l’Arbocal<\/a> and the Les Retoqu\u00e9s<\/a> association marked a turning point. Through their projects, one reality became clear: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These staggering figures motivated us to strengthen our commitment<\/strong> and put our expertise to work on projects aimed at reducing food waste<\/strong>. For several months, we worked closely with Agn\u00e8s to design equipment capable of transforming food surpluses into safe, sustainable, high-quality products<\/strong>, while remaining accessible to small-scale organizations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
