Tower, CHP\/CHS) or without back pressure (CMP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.steritech.eu.com\/logiciel-trilogy-industrie-4-0\/\">Trilogy 4.0<\/a><\/strong> software allows us to control and monitor all autoclave parameters in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We can closely follow the evolution of the products during the cycle thanks to our different tools:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Several thermocouple probes are connected to the software which allows us to follow the temperature of the products at the core and to calculate their sterilising or pasteurising value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The PackSensor, connected to the software, allows us to measure the deformation of the flexible packaging during the cycle and to control the counter pressure to avoid this deformation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow
