We’ve designed a water and energy recovery system, Watterlow, making the use of Goût’stave even more economical and sustainable.
During the heating cycle, hot water from the previous cycle is collected in tanks and reused to initiate the temperature rise. The electric resistance completes the process until the desired temperature is reached. Similarly, all or part of the cooling water from the previous cycle can be reused to start cooling the next cycle.
This solution optimizes the use of resources, significantly reducing cycle times, energy and water consumption.

Consistent, economical heat treatment
Thanks to its nozzle manifolds, water is sprayed evenly over all products, ensuring uniform treatment during sterilization or pasteurization, for guaranteed product safety.

High performance
This autoclave reaches temperatures of up to 130°C and a pressure of 3 bar, perfect for all your products and packaging.

Cycle automation
Once the sterilization or pasteurization schedule has been defined, simply press “start”. Goût’stave automatically manages the cycle, including the opening and closing of valves, for safe and easy sterilization.

Precise control and regulation
Temperature and back pressure are rigorously and automatically controlled throughout the sterilization and pasteurization cycles, from heating to cooling, guaranteeing consistent, reliable results.

Thanks to our Trilogy software, Goût’stave benefits from the intelligence and performance of our industrial autoclaves, while remaining simple and intuitive to use. Its touch screen gives you easy access to all the data you need to keep your autoclave running smoothly:
Real-time tracking
View the machine synoptic and instantly check the overall operating status, as well as that of each component (valves, pump, etc.)…
Temperature and pressure curves
Monitor the temperature and pressure curves inside the autoclave in real time, so you know exactly where the cycle stands and can be sure that target parameters are being met.
Optimization of processing time
The sterilization or pasteurization time is determined automatically to best suit your scale development. You can set the duration of the stages according to the target core temperature or the sterilizing or pasteurizing values to be reached. When the target is reached, the autoclave automatically switches to cooling mode, then stops when the desired cooling temperature is reached.
Full traceability
Each cycle is recorded with the corresponding batch number, guaranteeing total traceability and enhanced product safety. The information required to meet regulatory requirements is recorded in a detailed report and archived.
Precise core temperature control
Thermocouple probes, connected to the autoclave and placed in the heart of the products, enable real-time monitoring of temperature trends. The software also continuously calculates the sterilizing or pasteurizing value as a function of this temperature.
Connection and remote intervention
Thanks to an Internet connection, we can access your autoclave remotely for continuous monitoring and rapid intervention if necessary (modifications, troubleshooting).
